Colour: dark pink colour with bright glints. Nose: fairly intense fruity and flowery (hints of cherry and strawberry). Flavour: the taste is very soft, fresh and persistent.
It’s ideal with hors d’oeuvres, main course meals, white meats, fish soup and fresh cheese.
